Prescription Medications

Due to state and federal regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed. Once your payment has been processed and your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final.

However, you may log in to your Will Wins account before your items ship to update your shipping address, payment method, or cancel a subscription. If your medication arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team at 786-736-3722 or info@willwins.com.

Non-Prescription (Over-the-Counter) Products

Will Wins may accept returns of unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not accept COD returns.

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Returns may be denied if the item is not in its original condition or appears opened or tampered with. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, Will Wins will reship your prescription or non-prescription order at no additional cost. We will first work with the carrier to locate or redirect the shipment if possible.

Weather or transit delays may occur, but since we do not ship refrigerated items, your product’s quality will not be affected. If your package does not arrive at the address you provided, please contact our support team at 786-736-3722 or info@willwins.com.
